The purpose of T3FX is to maintain liquidity management within the UAE and create its own “self sustainable FX market”. Centralizing currency flow via a single liquidity distribution channel, we aim to ensure better access to pricing for participants who are looking for firm and genuine trading interest regardless of market volatility, as well as the ability to reduce operating expenses leveraging efficient low latent deal processing, risk management and reporting.
By offering greater breadth and depth of liquidity and encouraging UAE Banks, Government Agencies, Exchange Houses and Corporates to match against each other in the local market through a single execution tool, the FX flows will be maintained within the UAE, and within the UAEFTS payments network with the net effect of FX revenues being retained onshore.
The result being greater cost reduction for liquidity access and helping to limit the penetration of local markets by foreign entities. All providing unique benefits to the UAE economy.

David Wilkins – Founder & Chief Executive Officer
David is the CEO of T3T which he founded in February 2020. David is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, while overseeing product development and sales.
Prior to T3T David was Head of Global Markets E-Commerce at The National Bank of Abu Dhabi where he spearheaded NBAD’s E-Commerce Trading Solutions. He has a wealth of international banking experience gained within Global FX markets, working at top tier banks such as Standard Chartered, Royal Bank of Canada and JP Morgan.
David is also Founder and CEO of Digecom Solutions, FinQor Technologies and Ta3molat Holdings his investment venture into technology innovations.

International Breast Cancer Paddlers’ Commission
The IBCPC is an international organisation whose mandate is to encourage the establishment of breast cancer dragon boat teams, within the framework of participation and inclusiveness. They support the development of recreational dragon boat paddling as a contribution to a healthy lifestyle for those diagnosed with breast cancer.
As the breast cancer dragon boat movement grows internationally, they have a unique opportunity to raise awareness about the disease and about life after breast cancer. They know a full and active life is possible. The IBCPC was created to spread this message. Together we are stronger, our voices are louder and the message is clearer. Being part of the IBCPC provides breast cancer survivors with the opportunity to network with international teams. This enables the teams to share information, receive regular newsletters and updates, and also to share best practices with other teams and to interact with fellow paddlers around the world.
